Refund Policy

Our customer commitment is to provide an efficient, competitive and high quality service at all times. We aim to ensure our policies are clear.


To ensure you receive your exchange or refund without a hitch please note the following when returning your item(s):

  • You are responsible for returning the item and meeting the associated costs
  • We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return your item as we cannot refund you if your item is not received by us as it is incumbent upon you to ensure it is
  • Ensure the item is in a fully resaleable condition when returned to us

Our refund policy is as follows:

We will use our best endeavours to ensure you are satisfied with your product(s) and undertake to either replace faulty products or issue a refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Before returning any products, you should email us with your contact details, product information and the reasons for the return. Provided everything is in order you will receive a confirmation email from us arranging the return subject to the following criteria:

For the Return of Products Damaged in Transit
Damage to products in transit should be notified to us, within one working day of receipt of the products.
Once we have verified your claim, we will either replace the item at no further cost to you including delivery charges OR we will refund the full cost of the item together with any delivery charges incurred by you and we will endeavour to do so within a 14 day period.

For the Return of Faulty or Defective Products covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty
Faulty or defective products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty should be notified and returned to us within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
Any returned faulty or defective products covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty should be returned complete with all original packaging.
You should ensure the correct packaging and shipping costs for returning the item(s) to our nominated UK address have been met, before returning any faulty or defective products covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty. We will not bear these costs.
Once we have verified your claim, we will either repair, or replace the item at no further cost to you, including delivery charges for returning the item(s) back to you, and we will endeavour to do so within a 30 day period.

For the Return of Non-faulty Products
You should notify us of your intention to return a non-faulty product(s) within 14 days of your order date, and the non-faulty product(s) must be received by us within a 14 day period of your order date.
Any returned non-faulty product(s) should be complete with all original packaging, and be fit for resale.
You should ensure the correct packaging and shipping costs have been met before returning any non-faulty products to us. We will not bear these costs.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all non-faulty product returns.
